Savannah Chrisley has revealed her plans to develop a new reality show while her parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, serve their prison sentences for tax fraud. During an episode of her podcast, "Unlocked," on February 21, the 25-year-old reality star announced that she is in the process of starting a new venture while her parents are away. Appropriately titled "A New Reality (Show?)," the episode featured Savannah discussing her discussions with various production companies about the potential for a new show.



During the podcast conversation, Savannah shared that several production companies and networks have approached her about creating a new reality show. Despite her parents' prison sentences, she emphasized her readiness to work on a new project and stated that she wouldn't allow their situation to hinder their progress. "I'm ready to hit the ground running," she affirmed. "We won't let this stop us from moving forward."

Nanny Faye, who was a guest on the show, chimed in and suggested that the family be nicknamed the "Bounce Back Chrisleys." She expressed excitement about sharing a genuine portrayal of their family on the new show, saying, "We'll let the world see who we really are. We love each other, we'll walk the walk and talk the talk."

Despite the challenges, Savannah expressed her desire for the new reality show to be heartwarming while accurately and humorously portraying her family. She shared that the show will delve into their current situation with her parents' absence and how they are coping with it. As they navigate raising two children, Savannah emphasized the importance of ensuring their emotional, psychological, and physical needs are met. She believes that there is a level of humor in their experiences that can also be showcased on the show.


Todd and Julie are currently serving prison sentences of 12 and seven years, respectively, after being convicted of tax fraud charges in June. The stars of "Chrisley Knows Best" were ordered to report to prison on January 17. Todd is serving his sentence at the Federal Prison Camp Pensacola in Florida, while Julie is at the Federal Medical Center Lexington in Kentucky. They are currently working on appealing their sentences.
